It not only supports conventional rigid resin printing but is also compatible with elastomer resins, making it an ideal choice for industrial-grade photopolymerization 3D printing. The 20kg large-capacity resin tank, coupled with an automatic feeding system, provides reliable support for continuous industrial production. While maintaining high precision, this equipment meets the batch production needs of large-sized parts such as shoe molds, seat cushions, and industrial components, achieving a high degree of integration of print size, dimensional accuracy, light uniformity, and equipment stability.
High Precision from DLP
This device features an extra-large build area, with adjustable layer thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 0.5mm. Utilizing a 405nm wavelength light source, it achieves precision up to 15μm.
